Tom Hamblen began his real estate career in 2006 in Little Rock, Arkansas, where he trained under some of the industry’s leading agents and coaches. Over the years, he has developed a deep understanding of the market and every aspect of the home buying and selling process.

Now proudly serving Central Virginia, Tom helps clients across Lynchburg, Bedford, Campbell, Amherst, and Appomattox counties. Known for his helpful, down-to-earth approach, Tom combines professionalism with genuine care—backed by the outstanding support of his team at Lynchburg’s Finest Real Estate.

In addition to his years as a licensed Realtor®, Tom brings hands-on experience as a real estate investor, house flipper, and rental property manager. This multifaceted background allows him to guide clients with practical insight and confidence at every stage of their real estate journey.

Tom is a member of both the Lynchburg Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors, where he has earned the Commitment to Excellence (C2EX) Certification. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from Liberty University and a Master’s degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.

Outside of real estate, Tom enjoys water sports, working out, mountain biking, and motorcycle riding. He is married to his soulmate, Susan, and they are proud parents and grandparents.
