Erin Sitton has spent her career serving people from all walks of life. For the past ten years, she worked in Florida and Virginia supporting top executives in the nonprofit and higher education sectors. Originally from North Carolina, Erin studied at NC State University and now proudly calls Lynchburg home with her husband Andrew, and their son. She earned her real estate license in 2021 and loves that real estate is another meaningful way to serve others, helping buyers find the right home and helping sellers achieve a strong return on their investment.

Erin brings a behind-the-scenes advantage to every transaction. For the past five years, she has supported one of Lynchburg’s top-producing real estate teams, learning the process from the inside out and gaining hands-on experience with what it takes to deliver a smooth, well-managed closing.
